The Caribbean Liquid Spice Elixir is a locally made Liquid Spice Concentrate. It only contains water, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf, star anise, nutmeg and mace. We have identified the specific blend of these spices which capture the flavour profile of Caribbean cuisine. This Elixir Is used in many Caribbean dishes including: teas, juices, punches, stews, curries, breads, cakes and sweets among others. The Elixir can be used in ways which spices are traditionally used, and opens the possibility for novel spice infused products.
