Sufood Elixir Glazed Plantains

Servings: 2                   Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe plantains, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Sufood Spice Elixir
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Method:

  1. Heat butter or oil in a pan.
  2. Fry plantain slices until golden.
  3. Add the elixir and brown sugar.
  4. Toss gently until caramelised.
