Sufood Elixir Glazed Plantains
Servings: 2 Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe plantains, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Sufood Spice Elixir
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Method:
- Heat butter or oil in a pan.
- Fry plantain slices until golden.
- Add the elixir and brown sugar.
- Toss gently until caramelised.
