Sufood Cocoa Tea
Servings: 2 Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cocoa ball (2 oz), grated
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk (or evaporated milk)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- 2 tsp Sufood Spice Tea Elixir

A pinch of salt
Method:

In a pot, bring water to a boil and add grated cocoa ball.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally to help dissolve the cocoa.

Add milk, 2 tsp Sufood Spice Tea Elixir, and salt, stirring well. Simmer for another 3 minutes.

Sweeten with brown sugar or condensed milk to taste.

Remove from heat

Strain if desired, then pour into cups and enjoy hot.
