Sufood Cocoa Tea

Servings: 2                   Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cocoa ball (2 oz), grated
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk (or evaporated milk)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp Sufood Spice Tea Elixir
  • A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add grated cocoa ball.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally to help dissolve the cocoa.

  3. Add milk, 2 tsp Sufood Spice Tea Elixir, and salt, stirring well. Simmer for another 3 minutes.

  4. Sweeten with brown sugar or condensed milk to taste.

  5. Remove from heat

  6. Strain if desired, then pour into cups and enjoy hot.
