Sufood Sorrel Iced Tea
Servings: 4 Time: 2 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried sorrel
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice

2 tbsp Sufood Liquid Spice Elixir
Method:
- Boil the water in a pot and add the dried sorrel.Cover pot and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the sorrel steep for another 1 hour to infuse the flavours.
- Strain the sorrel liquid into a pitcher and discard the sorrel leaves.
- Add sugar, lime juice, and Sufood Liquid Spice Elixir to the pitcher. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
- Refrigerate the Sorrel Iced Tea for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Serve the tea over ice and garnish with a slice of lime for an extra touch of freshness.
